End of Year Letter
from the Founder Chairman
(Herve Dalencourt)
It may surprise you to learn that this is the first year-end letter I have ever written with so much pain and joy at the same time. I would like you to think that this is because I respect humility, which is a CORPOREAL PROJECT that came as a shock in my life unexpectedly. and I wouldn’t let myself be the focus of attention, but in reality, I have committed to exit the corporated world sector after covid-19 and focused on myself but through circumstances i found myself back in the USA again barking on a journey with an idea in 2024 and we are now going into the year 2025. I want to thank so many for their belief like our developer manager Abdullah Al Noman and Rabeya for their dedication. All the founders of corporeal I want to thank you all. Many people might be surprised to learn that, despite my over 20 years of building company experience, I completely detest failure even though I know it’s possible for any. Looking ahead terrifies me. However, overcoming the fear of failure is one of our 2025 CORPOREAL AGENDA so I felt obligated to God, myself and my team to carry out the activity we’ve all been discussing.
The year 2024 has been really amazing. We have many reasons to rejoice, including successful projects, such as DBSSUITE AND EZ EMPORIUM with two major real estate purchases, that is two IPA and IPB that will take the coporeal to the top. new customers, and some incredible new team members line up and ready for our grand opening. We have experimented and developed new skills, and I am most excited about 2025 of any year since I began this journey with Coproreal Holdings inc. Corporeal – Building As One
Looking ahead to 2025
Throughout the upcoming year, I will be thinking a lot about two primary topics. Getting over the fear of not succeeding is the first. Building a project this big, in my opinion, can foster a certain cautiousness-some could even refer to it as perfectionism-that can make it difficult to experiment, to be creative, and to push people when necessary. There is a perception that taking these actions will lead to more modifications, delayed deadlines, and possibly disgruntled clients or colleagues. By completing projects in predictable methods that are pleasant for both ourselves and the customers we serve, company builders or creators have learned throughout the years to reduce risk. This propensity can occasionally even be presented in a favorable light, such as socializing the deliverable, not starting from scratch, or not recreating the wheel. But in the end, many of us are constrained in our perception of what (and worse, who) effective consulting looks like by this fear of failing. In addition to harming our company and our clients, this prevents us from developing the answers we need to address the problems in our dynamic environment. This year, my team and I are working to better understand this fear of failure, identify it in ourselves and our clients, and overcome it together. We hope that our collaboration in the upcoming year will reflect that.
Establishing trust is the second topic. Its BUILDING holdings firm is a collaborative activity. It’s challenging, emotional, passionate, and whether we acknowledge it or not-often very personal. Although it also makes our work challenging, this is what makes it so fulfilling. This work can become too much to handle if we don’t have faith in ourselves, our coworkers, and our clients. Nothing is more satisfying than trust.
thinking about how trust may be difficult to gain and quickly lost. We appreciate your confidence in us, our partners and clients, for putting their trust in us. In 2025, we hope to continue to earn and strengthen that trust.
Cheers to the holidays and happy New Year!
Sincerely,
